Been missing in action for quite a while, well, 4 months plus due to my work and my work stress. Passion for photography nearly diminish and so did my time for my own leisure. Heck, my old job of 6 days a week didn't even eat up so much of my own leisure time.

With that said, I threw the towel and finally, my initial plan has taken flight. Now I'm bored in the office (still at work cause I have to wait confirmation from my HR dept. So slow.) early in the morning, typing and ranting away. Planning to go somewhere but no idea where to go. Gah. Even took the liberty of driving today cause I do not want to stay in the office and its my turn to set an appointment. Wonder when is my last day.... >_>

Anyhow, need to save up some cash now to get stuff I need. So much for the advise, take up any job you can find. I am grateful I have a job but it does not fit me well. Struggling like crazy for 4 months, pushing myself over 200% and still achieved nothing (well, there is something, just not enough.), met more people, expanded my knowledge more (sad to say but I know about this before I even started, apart from some changes), saw more shit (or less?) and more stress. xD

Boss just came in, and said something about the futures side better cut for no idea why since barely can hear what he said. And yesterday was on the equity market. @_@ This is confusing! Heck. Moral of my journey, don't just accept a job cause it pays good or you manage to get it. Best enquire it more, and getting to know the nature of the job. Whatever the title maybe; marketing executive, dealings, yada yada yada, best think if it fits and what you wanna do in life. I know a job is a job, which puts food on the table but if things does not work out, exit fast and find another job, or till opportunity arise.

With that said, I have been release from my job, but I'll linger around abit before I leave. Haha. Banking sector, you were never my line of work since the beginning and I know best but heck, like I said, I took the job cause of the pay and pressure from parents but now, it has shown and they know it. The best support came from my uncle way over at Bangkok, Thailand. He keep forcing me to quit as he knows my capability and strength, but I decided to strive on and try, but alas, I am where I am already. 4 months burnt and I managed to salvage out an xbox, 2 impromptu trips to KL, a miss flight cause of the bus, and last but not least, my car not being washed for nearly 2 months. Feel sad for me car. I'll bring it for a washing later when I leave the office.

I want to say, here is a picture for you to enjoy but who am I to lie.

Hi readers. I am still here, abit nothing much to post up anyway since hasn't been out shooting since then.

Something just struck me. My camera is nearly 2 years old, and so far, the only additional accessory I got for it is, a RM5 screen protector for the top LCD and main LCD on the camera. And the main LCD has a physical LCD protector already. And looking at friends around me, some bought battery grip, new lenses, new flash, remote trigger, and some stuff. Me, nothing related. XD

Uni's going to kick start again soon, very soon. Haven't been doing much for the past weeks. Owh well. Least my brain has already been kicked into study mode weeks back due to a supplementary paper resit. Pray I'll pass that.

Been helping out the gangs at Boulevard for the CosVention which was quite successful. Met one KL friend who came back, Uepu.

Wasn't expecting much either since it was a first in East Malaysia, aside from Sabah I guess. Everything was kind of wrong. They were repeating Yui's song to the extend of me getting sick of my own favourite singer@songwriter. Should have a mix. And people singing Chinese song. So much for an Anime/Manga Con. We need more Jrock or Jpop.

Was surprise to see the amount of people who were actually interested in cosplay turned up, aside from the usual gang of people I know of. Think should really stir the interest here. Lots of people are interested in it, aside from people who really poke on it and being a pessimist about it.

One rarely get to see this stuff up close as it is quite a rare sight in Kuching. And not many people know how to get it. Even people come and ask if we were even selling this stuff which was only on display.

Heck, even those older than us were also involve in cosplaying, to the extend of bleaching and dying their hair like this dude here. Kudos to him for doing so.

Owh well. Enough for me.

Well, life ain't what it used to be. So much ups and downs this time, and also, stuff happened which makes everything feels like one is standing on an ice sheet, never knowing when it will blob or even sink away or worst, give way.

Uni has been on its usual fits of tortures and evilness. This time, was armed and ready, almost.

Crappy shot. Just wanted to show ya'll how I had been doing my work. T_T But its a nice way to work. Less alt-tabbing between browsers, documents and slides.

Aside from that, managed to sneak in some time to shoot something. Feels like somewhat degraded and improved on some part of my skills. =\

I would like to thank a friend who borrowed me to fiddle around with their camera, this time, a Canon 40D. In my opinion, its a good camera. I love the grip compare to Canon's lower offerings (no hard feelings Canoners), and feels pretty solid. Dual it up against the Nikon d80, its a little tad heavier (minus the lens of course). Shutter sounds pretty different too.

Anyway, need to head back to uni again later for a meeting. And tomorrow night, my relatives are coming and I will be in near hell again for CRM final report for my finals.

Argh. Impeccable timing.

Work, assignment and studies. How would life be without it? With minor assignments going to due soon, pretty much quite contented with what I have been doing, except the part of online discussion which is too damn formal, for what prefer from doing. Formalities should be exercised and used but at times, drop it. Makes things easier.

Doing some sketches for assignment. Talk about drawing. Miss the days when I last drew.

Now, I seriously need to carpool. There aren't enough spaces to go around for the new kids on the block nowadays.

Think my post is a bit weird. Owh well. XD I love life! Seriously.

Another Beginning

Uni has started and wasn't so eventful. Managed to catch up with some old friends who were back and running around attending lectures and classes (wait, on a first week? Oh well.)

Weather was fine before that, then it just poured. Not that I'm complaining but hot weather couple with a crazy rain (Hey, welcome to Kuching) which never lasted for an hour (usually it does) and you get a very humid and wet air.

Bah, rained and stopped. What the... （￣へ￣）

After attending lectures, I reluctantly went home cause lecture was cut short due to a PC-less tutorial class. Besides, the lecturer has already prepared the stuff on slides, so wasted some time talking crap and stuff with the lecturer instead.

Home, this is how the weather was.

The holidays have been fun, minus the boring part of doing nothing for days on end. Entertained myself on animes and music and my NDS games (Chrono Trigger is nice, so is Zelda and FF4 but all is near its end and I didn't want to finish them).

Paintball in Kuching 2nd Round

This time, we all went loco and headed out for a fight again on the 4th day of Raya (well, it was a holiday and everyone needed a break from the constant nag by lecturers and assignments biting our arse) and grab a reservation in Sentosa Sports Center. You can find more information on the website and I do recommend it, aside from the little complain that the lighting is tad poor and the place is tad small. Rest, its good.

I'll let the picture do the talking. Forgive me for the not so good pictures and I had to tinker with it quite a lot to fix it as it wasn't taken by me. I was inside marking people instead with a marker!

Today, was out for a shooting since a friend requested for help so I was glad to give a helping hand and also, was sick leaving my butt rotting away on the chair staring at my assignments. A little bit of fresh air would do me good.... Yea right!

My nikkor lens nearly shattered as the frontal element of the lens came off its mount and landed on my foot and on to the ground. Great. I have a chip on my lens. Luckily, it does not affect the picture but its a scar on the lens already.

See the white part? That is the chipped part of the lens. Inside.

And no, I did not drop the damn camera.

GAH!!!

Gonna send to for warranty claim tomorrow.

Life Hurdles

Assignments due here and there, and having so little time to complete it, and trying to squeeze as much time as possible to go on with normal chores is tad tiring.

And I have a test on law today. Better get over it and finish up the rest of the assignments.

Been busy, only had a little time of breather for a few hours of snaps before plunking my arse on this chair and stare at the screen doing assignments again. This semester sucks a lot. Datelines are so near to each other, work piling up like crazy, and not much time for entertainment. What rotten luck is this.

Till now, this month I ended up letting my tongue go and spitting our curses here and there. I guess I should hold my tongue more. Owh well, like I say, "No stress, no work."

This year's Merdeka countdown, apparently not many people went and celebrate as I also stayed at home, completing assignments and my uncle was not willing to go down again due to last year's 1 hour jam in downtown.

Heard fireworks going off for approximately 10 minutes and it died down. Hey, Chinese New Year's firework laster over an hour at least.

Owh well, back to my assignments.

Just something in BM, since I haven't touch it for years already. I wonder how much it has downwindled.

Paintball in Kuching

Few weeks back, I was invited to join a couple of my friends to go and try paintball at the Kuching Borneo Paintball and also they want to try out how paintball was.

So, half awaked, I was informed that they will be heading down there and I'll have to meet them up there. So, I did.

I'll let the pictures tell its tale.

Being an amature in this, I was pratically taking down opponents faster than my team mates can shoot, so after the first round, I slowed down my pace and pratically sat there, being the so-called last man standing in the field.

Everyone got a shot to their body, but I walked away clean, except a stray pellet smack right on my right eye. One an only~

Lastly, the field. Check it out.

The field ain't bad, except, its not totally flat, and commando crawl as well as knee sliding wasn't inviting, so I totally avoided those.

Price-wise, its cheap. A box of pellet of 2k rounds is worth rm300 and equipment rental was at rm20. Not bad but I still prefer Astaka field.

Hrm.... Work took pratically 90% of my time, leaving 10% of that for sleep and bit of entertainment during the 1 month holiday.

Now, uni has started, grades were good and finally, back to studying again and getting stress over assignments and also finals.

During the transistion of work and going back to uni, I went for the Sarawak Regatta 2008, and gotten myself soaked as well as enjoying the race from the regatta.

Surprise Surprise

Today brought lots of surprises. I got off work early, loitered around work area, and chatted, and went back.

Few hours later, customer called asking for troubleshooting. And I was thinking of lazing around the house and relax for a while, but then, its my job and responsibility as a seller, so I had to go. Pondered to whether to bring the camera or not... Meh, I just grab the camera and headed out.

Checking to what was the problem, apparently the CPU's fan died, or more accurately, the wire got disconnected inside the fan, where it joins the magnet. So, had to get it replace.

Then dropped a set of logitech speaker at my cousin's place as his previous one kaputed, so had it replace with a new unit at a price of course, since his warranty is 2 years overdue.

After that, headed over to Zeraato's place, as I wanted to borrow his costume as a guide for my tailor to make my costume, and I was greeted with a nice surprise.

His dad owns a Porsche, a (930 type) 911 Turbo 3.6! And he offered the chance of letting me having a look at the insides and best of all, the heart of the car, which, was at the car's butt. Still, it's a Porsche.

Look at the wheel arches. So big. Even the disc brakes inside are huge.

Well, I was lucky I brought the cam out. Was planning to take shots of the sky and stars but it turned out I shoot cars instead. XD

Well, like I said in the previous post, I was invited to join teh Akiyamers for their cosplay outing+gathering+activity+meeting? (Okay, I'm not sure about the meeting though.)

Holiday Plans

Well, holiday have started quite a while, more like a week plus only and I have been working my arse off. Not really stressful work, but bit tiring.

Best part of it, I have flexible working hours. I can work anytime I want and leave anytime I want. The catch? There is no catch, okay, maybe little bit, no wait. Lots of computer experiences, and I do not mean surfing net or installing softwares.

Anyway, Akiyame club from LKW invited me for an outing on Saturday so I went and had fun. Photography is fun, and costly and, erm.... well, good shots need one to get down and dirty, even if the floor is wet.

So much plans, so little time. Bah. Maybe Wednesday night I'll call Atzie and Totchi out of a drink. Hrm.

Owh well, I'll see what I can do.

Another 8 hours and I'll be back working again. :D

Fights Over.

Well, finals have ended yesterday at exactly 11am when I handed over my final final's paper of Marketing Research to the invigilator, grab my stuff and walk out of the examination hall. Paper wise, I'm not very confident with this paper as its kind of a weird subject if you ask me. 10 weeks to master the software and 3 weeks to study theories which is not even relevant to the software. Jeez.

Anyway, Atzie and Totchi called me out for a movie and met Ezra at the cinema to catch a movie called Made of Honour. Nice movie.

Then headed to the loddy of Hilton for a cup of ice blended mocha which was really nice. Beats Starbuck's ice blended mocha, but reminds me of San Francisco's ice blended mocha.

Back home at 7pm, cleaned up my messy, dusty and trashed room in 2 hours until its like how it looked like when I moved in.

Motivationless

I wonder where did my motivation disappeared to. No mood to study or whatsoever. Not even lifting my finger and play some games. Just want to sit on my bed and stare at the blank wall.

Best I get my arse back to study tomorrow. Another weeks struggle and I'm home free, for now. Need to get a job to fill in my time. Do not want to waste it like how I wasted my life last year, doing so much, getting nothing in return except fustration.

On the side note, seems Haruhi 2nd Season is getting a makeover and has been delayed from its preannounced date. Quite old news really. It was supposed to be aired this season but it got pushed back.

Much going on again. Seems we got an invitation to do some opening for oneTJ and now, we need to come out with stuff to be proposed. This equates to free costumes again. XD.

Went out around Kuching, and the opportunity was just right so I took a snap or two.

24th May, we headed down to Kubah National Park, following an outing organized by the Photomedia Club.

2 reason I went. Something different to shoot and to learn more.

Waking up at the crack of dawn was kind of an impossible feat for me as I never gotten up this early ever since leaving high school for good, aside from those few sleepless nights.

Anyway, we all got on the bus and headed up to Kubah, after being stalled for nearly 30 mins by SWATwolf, as his' clock was broken, as said by him.

So, going up the hilfl, down the hill, turning left and right, stopping and going, we arrived at the national park itself.

We have arrived.

Another group of school students were apparently having a camp at the National Park itself.

Kubah National Park is located about a few hundred meters inside, somewhere near Matang Family park, as directed by nerdrazor who knows more than I do (Its just somewhere inside after the turning. All I know was a sign saying Kubah National Park 400m.). Its like Camp Permai, minus the beach and sea water and sea breeze, and the saltyness of the air.

So, everyone clamber up towards the hill, heading to the large hall up there, and.....

Earlier in the morning, it was pouring and the place was quite soaked thoroughly, and it rained again.

Everyone settled down, not pulling out their equipments, chattering away while awaiting for the star of the event, whom wasn't there yet either we are too early or he's late. Either way, we all kinda did an ice breaking among ourselves, some sharing experiences of shooting and others. Others like me, went on a shooting spree.

I wonder how long it was as Mr.Alvin suddenly appeared and everyone settled down and look at him as he pulled out this equipment, and plugs his laptop to the projector and sat down, giving all of us a sweeping look.

He begin by asking for an introduction. So, the president started it.

My name is ******** and I'm from ******** taking ******** course. I'm a **** year student. I like ******** and *********.

Meh. :D Don't ask.

Big bro listens attentively as everyone introduce themselves to him.

It was his turn to do an introduction of himself to everyone.

Alvin talked about what is photography, and the cameras, and all those little jargons they talk about. ISO, ASA, F number, shutter and so forth. He even explain about slr and stuff.

"The slr works by flipping the mirror up and letting light in." *proceed to show by using the marker as the mirror*

After much yakking and explaining about rule of third, and so forth, he sent us all packing outside into the scorching heat and damp forest floor, hunting for pictures worth taking using the principles that he had taught. I as usual went with what I have done before.

Time to test how well the d80 fare in forest shots.

Loiter around the place, looking under the leaves for insects and forest floor for bugs. On leaves for water droplets and tree barks for overgrowth, I found nothing that my mind can frame till I reach the asphalt road. Went low down, flat on my stomach, my trigger happy finger hits the shutter button and my thumb tweedling with the shutter and aperture, till I hit a sweet spot and.....

This will look nice if that signboard wasn't there.

I turned 180 degrees and took another shot.

I got up, squat and aim.

Swung around and took another hit.

It was then I got back to hunting something I can capture nicely.

Hunting around for a while, I found something interesting.

This little guy was the only leave on the rock, so I captured it.

Spotted a tap pipe leaking a few metres away, I couldn't resist the urge get a motion freeze frame shot, so I sat down on the walkway and capture this.

A bunch of people laugh at me when the walked pass but they have no idea what I was doing. Heard them saying I'm nuts taking photos of a tap.

30 mins went pass like a breeze and so we all went back to the hall. Since I was quite late, I took the opportunity to take this shot.

Back in the hall, teams had to present their shots to Mr.Alvin. My team members choose my shots as I wans't sure which was nice. I love em all.

While awaiting for teams to upload photos to Mr.Alvin, some people swap lens and started taking portrait shots on a prime lens.

I want!

Laptop of my fellow member. Spotted a XPS by Dell used by another team member. Boy, these people sure are serious performance users. They sure do know about their hardwares.

We hit lunchtime during that period of uploading and choosing shots. Lunch was quite decent, so I can say. It was inviting.

After 1 hour lunch break, or more, not really sure myself, we continued on.

Darn. Can't see. Tad blur from shakyness. It spelt out... "lighting". Ah, yes!

Alvin explain about 45 degree lighting and a few more which I cannot recall. My bad.

And time to head out for model shooting then.

We all got our equipment and was standing by awaiting for the models to get ready dressing themselves while I sneaked a few shots around the place on a 70mm lens.

While some tweedle with their camera's settings and having a few test shots.

Models were ready and off we go, as Alvin lugged out his D2x (drool) and a 80mm zoom lens. And off we went shooting.

I feel the window was small, so turned the camera horizontally and snap.

Hey! You spoilt my shot!

Owh well, people were crowding over the place, wanting a good shot. I backup and took the photographer as my model and shot them instead.

OMG! I was spotted. Time to run!

Suddenly, a gust of wind blew and I was still peering through the viewfinder, spotted this sweet girl smiling and took the snap with her hair flying with the wind.

Hey! Another fellow Nikonner.

Alvin directed the models to change place so they did. I creeped at the side, hoping to get to the front with a low shot and I was quite successful, except, they were at a lower ground than me.

After much fooling around, we went to a much more open space to take shots.

Talk to ze hand! (Meh. Spoilt shot by those wardens and the signboard.) *Alvin added saying we can photoshop them out of the pictures.*

Autumn Sonata?

Too many people crowding around the place, I steered away and rather take snaps of my fellow friends.

Next few shots are motion freeze.

My models. Way better as no one crowds around them.

I skipped 3 frames here. Too lazy to upload so many photos.

Found a nice clearing and took this snap.

Spun back and did a low shot.

We all hiked back up to the hall.

While awaiting others,

Overpowered the flash. Using older flash on new SLR body is bad, bad, bad but I love it.

Alvin wrapped everything up and had a question and answer session where he showed us tricks to RAW editing and answered some questions by others.

He has become popular and people start asking him to sign the cert. I posed a fainted pose but I didn't manage to get it.

Awaiting for the bus arrival, I managed to chat with Alvin a little, talking about cameras and lens. I was surprised he asked if I knew any of those cosplay stuff and I enlighten him on it.

Then we all headed down to the hill to board the bus destined for home.

This poor bloke was dead tired, and we took a shot of him, before waking him up, which took quite a while.

*speechless* Owh well, it didn't meant anything.

Everyone bidded Alvin and his fellow partners farewell and we all headed home, in the bus.

Those few lads on the left were annoyed as I kept firing my flash and blinded on of them.

Cool welcoming airconditioning has left them in dreamland.

Being hyperactive as ever, I moved up to the front of the bus and took panning shots of a few cars and motorcycles, and I had a shot of a policecar with the policemens inside not wearing any seatbelts but it was blur cause the bus was jerked to a slow momentum.

Overheating

Well, my car finally overheated yesterday and the real problem arised as it has happened months back, and finally found out that one of the seal was broken, cause its already fixed. Even stupid police wasn't any help when I stop at the roadside waiting for the engine to cool down abit before proceeding.

Got the manifold gasket replace, which might explain to why its kinda losing power this few days.

Well, got it back already. :D, and thats roughly 6 hrs work on it. Thnx to a friend of my dad who lives nearby.

Now, I need my radiator system flushed from rust and fill it up with lots of coolant. I'm seeing crystal clear water in my radiator instead of some coloured chemical mix.

Well, Dragonsim has finally updated his blog with his collectables, he asked me and so, now I'm gonna post up something which I have gotten for quite a while, reluctant to take it out due to the size and also, how it was packaged.

Been searching high and low for my pendrive today (30/03/2008) and I keep wondering where I left my pendrive. After checking here and there, every pockets on my pants and inside my bag, I still couldn't find it.

Not till I remembered this morning's Marketing Research Lab that I just realised I left it hanging on the pc I use, hanging there with my grey lanyard....

Too late cause its already 8pm and I need to do my assignments and I left some information there as I got some data while learning to use SPSS. For once I used my pendrive out of house and it goes missing. Next time, I'll just stick to my external drive. Much more easier and easily visible and not to mention, has bigger capacity.

Now, I'm left here, without any motivation left to let me progress with my work. And I was planning to finish up my resume and add in info for my Marketing Behaviour research essay and this happens.

Basketball+Rain

Well, what do you get when you cross both of those?

It becomes skid balling instead of basketball cause you are skidding across the court while running and stopping, but instead, you slide. Then, when you are trying to break, you'll slip and pray you do not do a split.

Was playing bball 2 hrs ago and it started pouring and we continued on till we cannot stand the sliding and slipping, not to mention the ball keeps flying off course and we called it off.

Well, nothing much except been attending classes at uni while squeezing time for other leisure and works.

I bet velo or elmo will be mad when they read this cause I've left the scanlation group for quite a while...

Valentine's Day Excursion

After doing all my morning stuff, I headed out to where cosworld was suppose to sell some Valentine's Day plushies at Padungan area.

Apparently, getting a permit requires 1 months plus of working-day-processing so they cannot setup a stall and ended up being like this.

With Near there....Thinking of the sky.

Time for business.

Now, Kira and L joined in.

Near got tired holding the poster, L took the liberty of doing so while Kira bask under the sun. Misa Misa went into hiding.

Desperately trying to get sales, Near did the impossible.

There were many people looking at them selling these stuff there. Even a friend of mine who drove pass, did a round and winded down his window and shout at them. Haha. Kids were the ones attracted to these as they kept looking.

Hours later, they packed up as its was pouring and headed towards somewhere near, hoping to get these stuff sold.

And the place was so empty.

Near had a moo-moo cow on his head.

After getting a few people/couple asking, at dismay, moved towards Tun Jugah.

Sadly, I messed the setting at ISO800 and all the shots outside was overexpose. Wasted.

After walking around the whole place, there was only a few couples in sight, whom just walked pass, like its a normal thing to see cosplayers walking on the street.

Everyone then went for a drink. And chit-chatted to pass time.

Valentine's Day seems to be just a normal day now. Many flowers sellers aren't even making profits and I was hoping I could buy one for my mom at RM1 a piece. And something terrible happened.

While sending my best buddy home, shiro's (my car) temperature meter shot into near redzone and I had to stop the car at the shoulder of the road and wait for her to cool down before driving it further to my friend's place and cool her down again, then refilling the radiator.

Stim spouted out from the radiator when I finally opened it and I prayed hard no damage have been done as the temperature never shot into redzone.

The Spring @ Kuching

Dedicated to Sarcasm Queen, my cousin as she wanted me to do a review of The Spring and hopefully I can drag her and their family down to Kuching next time.

Anyway, went to the Spring on the 30th of January after I went to uni and collect my exam result slip.

Was very awed by the spaciousness of The Spring. Not to mention it was very cold, as I was wearing bermuda and polyester T-shirt. Kudos to me. Managed to drag a few friends along who was at uni, being at the right place at the right time for me, but vice versa for them, I think. Thanks guys, and girl.

Anyway, on with pictures as usual.

The inside of Spring.

Spring itself feels like part of MV (Midvalley) as the walkway are spacious, at the center that is. It feels more like the alley which you walk from the center court of MV to the north or south court of MV, but not as long as MV.

How The Spring's ceiling and floors looks like. Darn, picture is slanted abit.

Shop rows. MPH is at the far end of the picture. Flanking it is Nokia Center which is still under renovation and FOS, which is located far of its left, inside the alley.

Gosh, I like the lantern alot. And there are whole rows of these dangling above your head.

Ta Kwang is a Sibu company. They really brought alot of imported items in which Kuching really need. I still cannot find my Bueanos fruit drink.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi) and Suzumiya Haruhi no Tameiki (The sigh of Suzumiya Haruhi)

Got them from Kinokuniya, and had a hard time hunting it down, including the staff people there even though the system helped to guide us to where it was kept but it was hard looking for it as it was placed next to some kid books and gamebooks in the Japanese section. Thanks to the staff of Kinokuniya for their hardwork. Btw, bought this a month ago and barely completed the 1st chapter. T_T

And going around PJ (Petaling Jaya) hunting for something I want but it was so hard to find, I ended up using the internet to look for it and at last, I found it.

Its a bokuto, or bokken as most people know it. Its a wooden katana for training in the art of iaijutsu/battojutsu(sword drawing but battojutsu does more slashes than iaijutsu where one draws the sword and slash once) and kenjutsu(sword art).

Price-wise, not bad considering getting from a dojo nearby cost me nearlt rm100 but this, I bought from a second hand store where I heard a closing dojo desperately sell it away and cost me rm22. Cheers!

And this also!

Another MG kit to add to my collection. Its Strike Noir from Seed Destiny CE. The dual hand-gun is an attraction to me. *drools* And the build quality, very good, as good as the 1st Aile Strike as its the same structure except a few modification to the cockpit area hatch access, the wrist, knee area on the leg and a different backpack. Rest, its the same, with a different colour *thinking of spraying it back to Aile Strike colour* XD.

I had to modify the backpack a little as I do not like how it hangs and its loose, so used a blade and start carving out pieces of plastic from the runners and made a locking mechanism to the original axle of the backpack.

Thats all for now. I bought a few more Hotwheels cars, and found my old all-time favourite car, a Go-Kart!

Paintball Part 2 @ wounds

Well, now, you'll see what happens after a week after being shot by paintball pellets that fly near 300 feet per second.

Looks like the leg is rotting away. But believe me, its bruise. This was a close shot.

These are from me and my cousins who went with me, but not the other 3 friends who came along. One had a very nice roundish bruise which looks cool but she said we were sadist. Owh well. XD

The markers(guns) and good and nice. No jams or whatsoever, apart from being abit heavy compare to TT Sports at Subang. Pellets wise, donno la. XD. I brought 5 of them back for keeping. :D

Field, good condition. No holes, muds or wadsoever apart from unburst pellets.

Pain: Well, no pain = no fun = no intention to shoot someone = hide more = more scare of getting hit = running around and shoot = getting hit = getting paint splatter = bruise. But thats the bests part.

Well, last week on Tuesday, a few of us went out to check out stuff at Empress Studio, located at the edge of India Street but ended up checkout and a photoshooting session.

Black Magic in Action but we did not stick around and see what happens.

Sad to see something which was built and now going to waste. These people should have planned properly and then built, instead of after approval, build, then disapprove it. Its an eyesore to the city, not to mention a waste of money. A whole bunch of bricks can cost so much that might as well fund my studies instead of letting it go to waste. Or, pay for subsidizing fuels or to research and development. What can I say? Owh well. What's done has been done. No use saying anything.

Its been months since I aactually went down to the city center and its nice taking a walk through the city, watching the hustle and bussle of city folkes and also others from towns surrounding this little city, Kuching.

Well, went to Borneo Paintball to check out the rates there and so here they are.

Located behind Saberkas, its entrance is near some Lembaga office there, beside the motorcycle parking area next to Saberkas, opposite St. Paul primary school.

You can call to make reservation, but deposite is required no matter if you go and play or make a booking. No idea why. Scare we run off and scam them?

And btw, they will be open at around 10 to 11 am till 5 to 6 pm if no one is playing and later if there are, or there are reservation.

And if you found the ad in miricommunity forum, forget about it. That guy ain't working for them anymore. This is the valid rates for now. No idea when it will change but overall, its cheap and affordable.

Well, finally tomorrow is my last final paper and its Law. Hope I can recall all the cases name (kinda impossible as I remember the back, I forget the front. Darn!)

Owh well. After this, gonna be super busy. Lots of things need to be completed and was stalled for quite some time.

Appleseed: The Movie

This is the first movie.

We'll see more of Deunan Knute's fighting skills in her E.S.W.A.T. mobile suit (Almost like gundam, except they are 1.4 times bigger than human size) and more of E.S.W.A.T.

This sequal is called Appleseed: Ex Machina.

We'll follow Deunan and Briareos:A veteran cyborg who's Deunan's partner and oh well, call it boyfriend/lover, fighting side-by-side again.

Finals is here and finally, one of the hardest 3 hours of waiting and doing is finally over. Accounting for Success paper was concluded at 12pm yesterday and the second paper, Marketing Planning was concluded at 4.10pm yesterday, right on the same day.

Accounting was ok as there wasn't a Manufacturing Statement and only merchandising statement which I balance everything out. Rechecked it 3 times to make sure I wasn't dreaming as I was reluctent to get out of bed and drag my ass to uni yesterday morning. Rest of the paper was ok as I did what I was suppose to do and I'll pray that I'll pass the damn paper as I really dispise accounting.

Marketing Planning was kinda ok but due to time limit, we had to write like insane people as 2 hours to do essay-type questions was really impossible, even if one can type very fast as one needs time to think and brainstorm, not just blabble some mumble-jumble into the paper else Tony Lobo will get pissed. Pray paper stays in Kuching and not to be sent to Aussieland, and this goes for my Accounting paper also.

STAY IN KUCHING!

Oh well. Next Monday will be something I really enjoy at least, Law in Global Business but having to memorise case studies and precedings is kinda killing but oh well. Since I'm here, I'll have to face it head on, while giving ample time to brace oneself for the impact.

I'll have to fix my Pilot G-tec later as Marketing Planning had nearly killed it as the tip had bent and my hand hurts alot due to the strain and also pressure of not being able to complete it. But hey, I did enjoy that paper as I can write about Tony Fernandes and his company, Airasia.

And both Tony aren't related.

Played CS online yesterday to get rid of the heavy feeling on my chest and stress and found some hackers doing something and this happens.

Dragon Ball Z Live Movie

Well, news has been circulating around for 2 to 3 days already, so I'll just let you all know.

Stephen Chow, the guy who brought you "Shaolin Soccer" and "Kung-fu Hustler" with Chinese-American director James Wong, whose credits include "Final Destination" and the TV series "The X Files," will direct the movie.

Justin Chatwin (“The Invisible”, “War of the Worlds”) will play the role of Goku, the protector of the dragonballs and the hero that beats up the bad guys bent on attacking the Earth and other worlds under his protection. Playing the part of the villainous demon Piccolo will be James Marsters, best known for his popular role as the vampire Spike on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel” as well as a turn as a nemesis for the young Superman on “Smallville”.

Being a Dragon Ball fan myself till Z only as GT wasn't Akira Toriyama's work, I'll see how the movie goes. Best if they do it in Japanese! With subs of course and dubs for those lazy bumps who don't like reading the subs.

Well, I'm officially sick of doing freaking revision for the past 2 days. Tired to study today, ended up covering only 2 hrs of study and most of the time fragging people's arse off CS online.

3 hrs of listening to FFX OST, thanks to ryuten for borrowing me the CDs and thanks to the rain which cooled my head off abit, but still, don't feel like hitting the books. Law is fun but tiring at the same time. Marketing planning, not much to study as long as one knows the concept and work-arounds but still, I need more info. Accounting, been doing it since last week and now, totally lost the urge.

Oh well...study tomorrow in uni as I have class later in the afternoon still.

Time to test if blogger accepts japanese.

Autumn animes are coming out fast, but as final approaches, the need to study arise. And also, gonna have a test on Japanese language soon, and I know only 20 plus of the characters. T_T

Exactly 3 days ago, fast forwarding ahead by 2 hours, there was an activity which had racked up more than a hundred students whom are locals and internationals, which is the mooncake festival in our uni.

Was hectic, but fun. The whole activity main objective it to promote our local and also Chinese festival towards international students who have no idea what it is all about. Beside, its also the delicacy we have.

Least to say maney enjoy the activity abit the mess we made.

Heroes Season 2

Ok, Heroes Season 2 is back and kicking with new characters and another new happening around.

The last season episode, it left the whole story hanging as Syler was suppose to be dead but it seems he live through it, and my favourite character,Hiro teleported himself back to the ages when the Tokugawa era is still around, or was it the Shogun, but I prefer the Bakumatsu era.

Clare is back also. "Save the cheerleader, save the world." Seems not much happening there anyway. Peter and Nathan is also back. Also, our nice Dr. Suresh uncovering more stuff this coming episode.

I'll leave the watching/downloading to you all and also, hope this season is good or better that the previous one.

Ok, this event was held last week on a Saturday night to celebrate the 1st anniversary at Rakutei, Crown Square.

Place looks nice, tad dark so Speedlight did the job, but alot of overexposed pictures due to close proximity and bouncing the light off the walls and ceiling was a failure due to the place being dark, and also non-reflective.

Photography Workshop Part 1

On 9th September, 2007, SPAS and sponsor,Canon organised a photography workshop for students, lecturers and teachers to introduce the world of photography to them. And since its free, I join in the crowd.

The venue, MBKS Auditorium, and from past experience, I brought my jacket as its freezing in there. Time was from 8am till 5.30pm but I woke up 1.3 hour past my alarm and it was 7.45am. Showered and my friends sms me asking where was I.

8.10am, while I was on my way, I sms my cousin who was going and she said she left for breakfast as it has yet to start. Uni friends was around waiting.

Reached at the place at 8.20am as traffic was nearly nil, parked and went in and was surprise it was not really filled. Waited around till nearly 9am and the speaker said we have to wait for big potatoes(I change the word) to come.

Fast-forward 30 mins later, the workshop started.

Overall, superb experience and learn a little more.

Downside, I can clearly say nearly 60% of the people there do not know whats ISO, ASA, shutter speed, aperture, white balance especially when pros like those speakers says, "200 ASA, 1/250, 1.8"

Clearly this was a SLR workshop as they do not even mention anything about PNS/compact cameras.

Just drooling over the 5D's picture quality and not to mention seeing so many modern external hotshoe flash nowadays.

Memories From Days Ago

Been busy lately with assignments and a small test is coming up, so benkyo(studying) desu!

Okay, a change in my watermark as I feel good and want to change something.

Now, presenting, EVA Unit 01 Test type by Revoltech. This is the Unit being used in the series or was it in the movie. Can't remember. I hope when the upcoming movie comes out, the price will shoot sky high and I can sell this. I got it cheap, way cheaper than XL-Shop offering or other places. I've check the price when I was in KL and its surrounding places and its definitely cheaper .

Now, lets give the pictures the limelight to express itself.

All taken using 350D on a kit 18mm-55mm f3.5-5.6 aperture lens on full manual mode. Also, used a prime 50mm lens forgetting the aperture.

Then after prime lens, I switched back to the kit lens and see what happens..........

ryuten took the prime and look through it.

Up next, was SAMS (Anime and Manga Society) meeting weekly so here goes more pictures.

The attendance was average as usual as some was outside warming up from the cold and others playing handhelds (read:psp, DS) and some on the right-hand corner of the 2nd picture above gaming away and fixing the computer.

SAMS has developed from an anime and manga society to many unofficial sub-division like photography, cosplay, gaming, dancing, singing, IT department, technical support and so forth.

Anniversary dinner coming up soon. Those going, be seeing you there.

Cosworld Gathering at Kuching Festival

Kuching Party Time!

Ok, before that, I'll cover whats Kuching Festival is about. It is to commerate the day Kuching town was finally given a status as a city years ago, which I do not remember. Google for Malaysia, Kuching City.

Anyway, the fest is held for roughly a month and hawkers and food sellers from around the city will gather under 1 compound, not roof cause its open air, near Jubilee Grounds. Foods are abundend and you need lots of cash if you're a food junkie like me but...being damn pack, buying food is sometimes hard as you have to be really patience. Sometimes, people will just cut through and buy theirs.

You can even get foods that aren't local as there are international people who comes to Kuching and open up branches and also shops serving their speciality like Indonesian food and other ethinical group of people selling their speciality. Well, I still like Kimchi alot since its veggy and...ITS SPICY!!! *note to oneself, if you dislike spicy food, stay away.*

I wish home-made sushi are good cause honestly saying, after eating sushis from KL and made directly and fresh, it taste really different. Even those pre-package ones in Jusco KL is better tasting.

Ok, so on with the post. Our club planned to have a gathering there: Cosworld

So, we met around 4pm to get ready. I borrow my aunt's d40X Nikon and surprisingly, its way lighter and less stressful on the wrist. Unluckyly, her external flash is missing of 4x AA batteries so my photosnapping adventure ended up short. But a gig worth of pictures is nice. I had a wide to semi-tele lense with me so the shots are all mostly upclose.

Cosworld Gathering 18th August, 2007

It was fun and hectic as we can't really properly eat and enjoy the food as people kept dragging us to pose with them plus, when we move, a bunch of girls kept following us around. Also, it drizzled a little which made the air damp.

And some ignorent people damaged out props and said, "I though it was real." *The spoken english has been grammatically corrected to fit my nature of english so it sounds very polite but instead, it was actually sarcastic.

Updates on the parade, since I'm unsure when I can get it, just stay tune.

And btw, I still prefer Nikon cameras although the D40X's interface and buttons aren't as dedicated as Canon's 400D, I love how small it is and the weight. Now, waiting for my dad to make the decision.

A guy came to us and asked how it is and I showed him, comparing to 400D's older sibling, the 350D. He wants prime lense, so I think he'll go for a Canon but it seems he likes Nikon also.

Top Gear Polar Expedition in HD!

Prepare for BANDWIDTH SUCKERS!

Well, as the topic says, I'm currently watching the 10th Season of Top Gear in full HD. And I'm amazed by the clarity and the details in the film. I mean, Top Gear has never been filmed in HD and now they are doing so.

I'm on 720p so there isn't much to shout about as I'm on a 17" CRT monitor and its square, compare to the film's nature to be rectangle. So, 1080p might be a little overboard. Plus, would you go and take the trouble to download a 7GB size 1080p? Me, no. So, I got the 720p version which is fine with me and worth 1.5GB in size.

And where to get I hear? Well, go to google.com and search finalgear and go navigate yourself. Torrents ftw~ (flat-screen television wanted)

I've found something in uni. A wacom tablet. And a DS Stylus.

I was leaving the computer lab of my uni when I noticed something familar. The bluish greenish tablet was on an open PC with no one there. I unplugged it and turn off the com. Kept the tablet and went off. I stopped halfway and went back to recheck everything.

And found the DS stylus.

All owned by SWATwolf.

Called him and he was, I reckon, sleeping.

SWATwolf: *sleepy voice* "Wad?"
Me: "..... You left something."
SWATwolf: *same mode* "Wad?"
Me: "What you use to draw on your computer?"
SWATwolf: "Donno......."
Me: "................ You left your tablet!"
SWATwolf: "Oowh~" "You keep for me...."
Me: *sigh* "Ok la."

And that was it. He wasn't even shocked.

On a side note, pictures of the parade will come later as I awaits it to be compiled and kept in our club's library.

Another day yesterday as we marched our way from Jubilee Ground to the Merdeka Square. Been standing and runing up and down for the past 6 hours and my calf and hamstring hurts.

One of my course mate saw us and called us. You know who you are. Anyway, do be there and snap pictures of us later on. Hopefully I can sms you.

Anyway, we went off around 11.45pm and went back to uni. I was sending SWATwolf home and I made an illegal U-turn on a junction and our proud police was camping right inside that damn road, and flashed their blue light. I was "Oh crap!" They tailed me quite a distance before pulling me over.

And here was the convo. I opened the door but he demanded the window. Since window was kinda faulty, he had to wait for me to open it.

You-know-who: "Mane lesen?" (Where is your driving licence?)
Me: I passed him teh licence
You-know-who: "You tau you buat ape salah?" (Do you know your offence?)
Me: "Tau Tuan." (Yes sir.*you have to pamper them*)
You-know-who: "Ah, itu dia. You masa belajar dapat lesen tidak boleh maciam itu." (When you obtain your driving licence, you should know the rules)
Me: "Tau Tuan. Saya keja nak balik tuan." (I know sir. I'm rushing back home now.*it was 12.45am)

He talk about something and his mate came and asked me what I'm doing, why was I still around this time and what my parents work as and was I still a student.

You-know-who: "Jadi, macam mane? Nah saman ka?" (So, you want to be issued a summon?)
Me: "Saya tidak tau Tuan. Tuan cakap la."
You-know-who: He popped his head nearer to me, "You cakap kopi-O ka?" (You want to bribe me?)
Me: "Kan salah Tuan?" (Isn't it wrong sir?)
You-know-who: "Jadi saman la....." (Then I'll issue you a summon.)
Me: ...........
You-know-who's mate: "You ade berapa?" (How much do you have?)
Me: "12 bugs left Tuan" (RM12 only.)
You-know-who's mate: "Ayo. 20 cukup la. 10 mana dapat." (At least 20. 10 is not enough.)
Me: "Tinggal ini tuan." (That all I have)
You-know-who: *He shone his torch at my wallet*
You-know-who: "Tak ape la. Lain kali, jangan buat lagi ya?" (Its ok, just don't do it next time.)

He looked around and popped my licence back to me while he crumple the 10 bugs I gave him, shook his hand for letting me go free and sped off like Speedy Gonzale.

And I drove the whole way home pissed off. Least better than getting a 150 bug fine. Damn that was scary.

Well, today is the big day for the city parade.

No pictures nowadays cause I rarely carry my cam around but I hog my friend's dSLR so I'll get pictures from him when uni starts. I've got pictures of uni orientation also.

Time Is Of The Essence

Well, been pratically very busy for the past and current week. I'll be heading off to the city for the full rehearsal before D-day tomorrow. Also, having our own rehearsal since last week and I can say I'm kinda proud of it but its for the audience to decide if they like it or not but what I can say is it will be the first but not sticking out of the crowd because there will be other cosplay aside from us in a form of neko(cat)

Pictures of our rehearsal and bloopers will be up once I get them and also during the day and also video of our performance. Stay tune.

On the side note, I got a msg from my friend that the city council president has kicked the bucket but I'm not sure about it. Also, I've fully completed my costume and props. Only thing left unattended is my tattoo design which I have yet to transfer it to a cardboard sheet before I imprint it.

Interact Installation Dinner

Gosh. I always protest of going for Interacters dinner and gathering and for once, that rule was broken because my parents and relatives whom are going doesn't know and I got drag there whether I like it or not.

A few tips for you all whom are going for this Interact future dinner thingy,

You must know at least 3 dozen of the people there
You have to know whats going on, not just eating
Do place emphasis for those around age to go, not just parents cause parents have no idea whats going on and they do not like those rock and hip hop and techno songs blaring over the PA system, not to mention at deafening level.
Do have a backup plan for this kind of stuff, so I had my trusty V3 loaded with Hiragana and E-book so I was paying more attention to this that whats going on.
I have post of a Vice-President and parents just shrug it off like its nothing and my cousin who was promoted to VP in the Interact club got so much attention. Well, I don't care. Even his dad was clueless about what was happening.
Forgotten another backup plan, I brought my mp3 player along. Sadly, I managed to get 1 hour of play time as I forgotten to charge it.
Me and my older cousin loiter around the restaurant than being inside. Chatted away outside for an hour after filling out tank.
Lucky draws are cheap. We got 3 and it was a tin of biscuits and keychains. I have more keychains in my cabinate that those being given away.
Food was......Well, hard to say cause eating with relatives meaning I can't be myself as I enjoy food but they gobble it down like there is no tomorrow.
Grandma was freezing, and so was I.

Hence, stupid waste of my time.

New semester is starting soon. I just can't wait to go to KL at the end of the year.

Sorry for not updating my blog due to me having a big shock and also being very worry and depress and I completely forgotten about this, not to mention mD and also my scanlation group.

Well, I'm really depress this few days due to flunking again my flunked subject which now I have a last chance of taking it again. University is harsh, in some way.

Currently looking for alternatives and ways to get around that subject, also looking for accountants who are willing to give tutoring to me and a few of my friends who is also in the same situation as me.

I'm now really depress and confuse. I cannot accept the fact that I flunk it since I put in so much effort and time and still can't get through. May partly be me to be blame as I took 2 killing subjects this semester plus another subject, which maybe a burden indirectly towards me. I got shock when I got my result.

Feeling very guilty towards my parents, especially my dad since he has high hopes on me and I let him down. I'm not sure if he reads my blog but if you do, I'm really sorry dad. I know you want the best for me but I'm really really sorry for letting you down.

So, now its striving for the final and last time, before I change my course to either Multimedia Business Marketing, where the subject is optional and I may graduate faster due to the fact I took most of the 2nd year subject already. Or, going for Multimedia Software Development as my uncle and parents say I am good with IT stuff. I'm still very uncertain.

I would like to thank my uncle in KL, who talk me through stuff and I miss him very much. ANd my uncles here in Kuching who tried to look for friends who can help me. And my loving parents who understand what I am going through, partly though as I had to explain 80% of what happened, and no forgetting my friends from SAMS and my old friends who encourage me and tried to cheer me up. And also my fellow lecturers who are willing to explain to me tonnes of my enquires and also the course co-ordinator who replyed my e-mail thought they aren't in campus. And my aunt's sister who tried to help clarify everything.

Failing once doesn't mean you will be a total failure, that I agree but with the fact that Swinbune kicks out students after a 3rd trial, it really destroy my will to study.

Oh well, no use thinking of sucidial thoughts. Waste of my life and my parents care and love. Maybe I'll go open up a business and who knows, I may make it big. Cause no all big successful people are holding a degree status. That is a relieve but.....working world demands it. Seems I found out life is so much more harsher that I though it would be and from my experience.

Moonphase reported that a sequel as long as 13 episodes will be in-production.

Well, just to let you people know, I'm in the scanlation group called mdxd, as the title says. So, the position I got from there is head proofer, meaning I have to check through translation scripts and then proof it. Also, being head proofer, I have to rule out bad proofers and also filter out new applications(this part is a pain). That means doing grammar correction, vocabularies checking and also spellings and also adding capitalization and notations as needed.

The story is like this. I was a staff member of mangadownload, as moderator and uploader. A few months later, our admin, Sneakerpimp decided we make a scanlation group, hence we did and I joined as a proofer also. We were called mdsd:Mangadownload Scanlation Division. We did a few mangas. From Dragon Sister to some-weird-forgotten-name-manga and it was a success. We got famous around the scanlation community because of our good work and also fast and high quality scans. But in the end, some staff left us, like raiken who's busy with work and also our sozo-chan. Then Sneakerpimp was the head editor of Yanime whom brought you guy and gals Ichigo 100%.

Well, now Yanime is dead cause many left and have things need to be done in real life so they moved on and Yanime was history.

So, Magyver took over, whom is an American Army personal. A private working currently in Iraq and doing scanlation job together with the few of us. Currently working on MPD, Storm Rider and Death Note. We have a few more upcoming projects so do visit us at mDxD. You can also join the forum and see our progress.

Currently we're looking for translators whom can translate Bahasa Indonesia to English, Japanese to English and Chinese to English. We also welcome editors who have experience editing mangas or if you're willing to learn or join, do direct your browser there. I go under the same alias:intel as I do in mangadownload too.

We also need proofers who have good english mastery and also quality checkers who will check the edited mangas and look through it and pin-point the flaws and mistakes before it gets release.

Remember, scanlation is all about from fans to fans. We do it for free and we do it for our community and those alike. I do appreciate scanlators for all the mangas I've read and downloaded into my HDD, so I know the feeling.

Titleless Post Becomes Rants About Harry Potter 4

Last night, me and my friends from high school went for a movie, called Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The movie was great from the start, though I criticize that Harry(Daniel) looks nerdy now.

Well, more spoilers so here goes. Those who want to avoid it, do scroll down.

First off, we don't get to see Harry's Patronus shape. Secondly, Dudley become sort of a gangster, but a whimpy one. Thirdly, dementors looks...well, naked. And Sirius' place, the portrait of Sirius' parents didn't curse Harry like in the book. They pratically missed alot of the details in the book. Lots to rant about. Moving forward, no Quidditch, and the room where Harry organized a secret DA club wasn't accurate and also they didn't explain what the club is about, just saying that its to protect them from dark arts. Lastly, the fighting scene at the end was too fast as it seems that the director was pratically rushing everything. Can't even get a glimps of the people who came and fought the Death Eaters but luck;y I did read the book so I knew. And in-between scenes, I don't get Hermione's laugh and Ronald's joke. Cho Chang looks worst in this movie, compare to the pervious. Luna Lovegood character is okay only. Apart from that, Sirus died from Avada Kadavra, died in a weird way, like faded into dust. X.X

Overall, I can say the starting was good with a bad ending.

Ok, end of my rants.

Also as yesterday, the Rainforest World Musical Festival has kicked off with a big start. Those who went, do enjoy and those who didn't like me...well, are better off and watching Live Free or Die Hard 4. Well, this year ain't going cause my uncle ain't going because of kick@ss ticket price of RM90 compare to last year's RM60. Also, since he's not given the job do the backdrops, we have no free tickets and backpasses.

Anyway, I'm off to do something. Cheers.

Well, on Tuesday, Me and my friends when to India Street and Gambir Street to buy materials needed for this coming cosplay performance during the Kuching City Festival and parade. So, this are the stuff I bought.

Well, I have my tattoo design done, my armwarmer, my old gym gloves and a piece of big white cloth which is going to be turned into a vest soon. Guess can't see much cause everything is black.

Anyway, going to pick up my ninjaken from my uncle who had it airbrushed for me as, well...lets say his workers are doing airbrushing and might as well ask them to do it for me and they have better colours.

What I've Did Few Days Ago

The past few days has been hectic due to pressure coming from my uni and also from the club in my uni as we have to make a proposal and also we were asked to do a public performance and also got informed that we have to do 2 performance. And I had to rush the song that we're using for the performance. And my stupid Nero Wave Editor's mp3 plugin have to run out of juice when I was halfway editing it. So, Audacity to the rescue! Open source FTW.

Also, been trying to complete my nexst cosplay props and here it is. I managed to complete the sheath yesterday after doing it for the whole day and I can say it turned out good, minus the colour for now.

Well.....its over, as clearly stated up there. Its kinda short for the "one of he longest 2 hours and 30 mins of my life" just whoosh by in an instant. I did my best so...abit regretful though cause I got my Philips curve mixed up in the mess inside my head. The paper was quite difficult and also challenging but hard.

Why worry now... I'll just keep praying for the whole month of my holidays that I will passs this paper and the rest.

So, after the exam, me and my mates went out for lunch at McDonalds@Tun Jugah at the expense of our China friend here.

It was rainy when I went for my exam and I woke up at 7am, pull apart the curtain, loaded the batteries of my cam as I left it charging for my today's snapping spree, took that picture from my bedroom window, close the curtains, turn on the air-conditioner(It was on a timer which was off 2 hours before I woke up) as the room was quite warm, and landed back into the bed dozing off for another 30 mins of sleep.

Drove all the way to uni and still pouring cats and dogs. Then it was time for the test.

2 hours later, it was over and I gave up cause my head is blank and was getting headache already.

Then again, I've not much to say here.

Well, today is Monday and I actually planned to study but failed cause I woke up quite late, so planned to study in the afternoon but also failed cause managed to concentrate for less then half an hour.

Our university has a policy that we cannot use photocopied books due to the author wanting to protect his right, some copyright craps and he's earning nothing from us photocopying it. Well, for one thing, sell it cheap then we will buy it. Why put such a high profit margin then? Idiots. You're lucky cause there is no piracy in books unlike DVDs and CDs and erm....tapes?

Speaking about book, the Harry Potter 7th installation book is coming out soon next month of the 21st I presume. This will mean Harry is in his 7th Year in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry or was it the other way around?

Anyway, 5th movie coming out on the 16th of next month so I'm looking forward to it. Called the Order of The Phoenix. Hope its not a disappointment like the 4th movie where we can't see the Champions fight the dragons. But good news. Lets hope there will be more Quidditch shots and not short like the last film again.

Ok, back to the topic. I have notes over the place and since the fan keeps blowing it away, I have to weight it down, and with what beside a cup of water which I drink.

My ultra spanking new paper weight AKA wireless joypad by Rockfire. Price:RM99, but sold at RM110.

This joypad is a wonderful one ever since I use gamepad to play games on my computer because its compatible with PSone and PS2, Yatta~. Also, you can attach it to the computer via a wire to the receiver and its still wireless. Downside, its weighty cause it uses 4 AA batteries but who cares? Its wireless. I'm willing to sacrifice the weight for a wire-free, no hassle joypad. And its portable also, not to mention it vibrates also like an actual PS2 controller. Lets rumble!

And some of you might be wondering what that HDD is for. Btw, its my old computer's HDD which is also my external HDD and my backup HDD.

And why I say this? Its because.......

ITS BROKEN! The darn thing wouldn't read. I presume something is wrong with the head which reads the data over the platters inside. It power up normally, but just couldn't retrieve any data. Luckly, its still under manufacture's warranty so I can claim it. Happy.

And one more thing. My RAM is also broken. Its upstairs on the cpu. Didn't snap it. Gonna claim it also since Kingston gives lifetime warranty and I mean lifetime but there's a catch. Its a lifetime limited warranty. Meaning, as long as its in production, it will be replace or else, you're dead. Since the RAM is an SD RAM, hope they still produce it as SD RAM is quite old and its like 5 years ago when it came out. And now, people are running DDR2 and newly introduce DDR3 and I'm stuck on SD RAM and also DDR1.
